 Cooking your Thanksgiving Turkey.

The turkey should be cooked for 20 minutes per pound at 325°.

Your oven temperature may vary the amount of time. If you have a meat thermometer the internal temperature of the turkey should be 165°. Take this reading in the meatiest part of the turkey.

 

 

These temperatures should be reached to safely cook the following meats. The time is how long each item should be at that temperature.

 

Poultry                                  165 degrees                             15 Seconds

Stuffed Meats                     165 Degrees                             15 Seconds

Ground Meat                      155 Degrees                             15 Seconds

Pork Chops                         145 Degrees                             15 Seconds

Fish                                       145 Degrees                             15 Seconds       

Roasts                                  145 Degrees ( Medium)           4 Minutes

                                           155 Degrees ( Well Done)
